Our return policy for the GEN-SAF100 product allows customers to request a return within 30 days of purchase. The item must be returned in its original, unused condition with tags attached and all packaging intact.
If the product is defective upon arrival, customers may request a replacement or full refund. Defects must be reported within 7 days of receipt.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the return.
